Forma Vitae is Latin for "Form of Life" – a reflection of our core philosophy. The Latin name evokes connection to classical foundations represents the timeless principles of precision, artistry, and healing that guide our practice.
As a reconstructive and hand surgery practice, our focus centers on the restoration of both form and function, two components that are fundamentally intertwined in how we navigate our lives.
Dr Justin Parr is a comprehensively trained Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon.
