Browlift
About Browlift
A browlift, or forehead lift, is a procedure that elevates the eyebrows and smooths forehead lines to rejuvenate the upper third of the face. Over time, the brow can descend, causing a heavy or tired appearance, often making patients look older or unintentionally stern. Deep horizontal forehead wrinkles and frown lines between the eyebrows can also contribute to an aged or tense expression.
Several surgical techniques are available depending on the patient’s anatomy and goals — including traditional (coronal), endoscopic, or limited-incision browlifts. The goal is to lift the brows to a more youthful, natural position while softening lines and opening the upper eye area. Incisions are carefully placed to minimise visible scarring, usually within the hairline. A browlift is often performed in conjunction with eyelid surgery or a facelift for more comprehensive facial rejuvenation. Results are long-lasting and can restore a refreshed, approachable appearance.
